Seattle’s CenturyLink Field has roared back into the record books. Seahawks fans re-set the Guinness World Record for the loudest outdoor sports stadium noise on Monday night.

A decibel reading taken during the Seahawks’ “Monday Night Football” victory against the New Orleans Saints hit 137.6 — just above the reading of 137.5 reached at Arrowhead Stadium on Oct. 13.

Chiefs fans had been seeking to beat Seattle’s then-record 136.6 that day and they did when Husain Abdullah picked off Oakland’s Terrelle Pryor for a 44-yard touchdown with 1 minute, 35 seconds left in a 24-7 victory.

Now the Seahawks and their “12th Man” apparently have had the last shout … for now.
