Finale is a sellout

Missouri’s regular-season finale against Texas A&M, which kicks off at 6:45 p.m. Nov. 30 at Memorial Stadium, has sold out.

It is the third sellout of the season for Tigers, who will honor their 19 seniors — including captains James Franklin, E.J. Gaines, L’Damian Washington and Andrew Wilson — before the game.

The game also serves as the traditional Blackout Game, so fans are encouraged to wear black.

• Despite missing most of the last four games because of a sprained shoulder, senior quarterback James Franklin was announced Tuesday as a semifinalist for the Earl Campbell/Tyler Rose Award, which recognizes the nation’s best NCAA Division I offensive player with ties to Texas.

Franklin has completed 132 of 195 passes for 1,577 yards with 14 touchdowns and three interceptions on the season.

• Missouri senior left guard Max Copeland was chosen as one of 10 semifinalists for the Bulsworth Trophy, which is awarded to the nation’s top player who started as a walk-on.
