Leawood’s Park Place is adding two locally owned shops to its line-up.

•  T. Loft plans to open in early 2014, taking a 1,295-square-foot space at 5225 W. 116th Place, between Bar Method and Pinot’s Palette. The locally owned tea and juice bar also has a location at 8025 State Line Road serving fresh brewed tea and juice drinks, grab-and-go meals, and snacks made from natural gluten-free ingredients.

•  Fitness-Culture will open its first location on Nov. 29th, taking a space at 11553 Ash St., next to Alysa Rene Boutique. The fitness apparel, health and wellness boutique will carry health supplements and snacks, aromatherapy products and women’s and men’s fitness clothing and accessories.

In other Park Place news, Bella Bridesmaid, which specializes in “stylish, wearable and chic bridesmaid dresses,” plans an early December opening.

Romanelli Sun Galleria, a new concept and store from the owners of Romanelli Optix, plans to open in January. It will sell 50 to 60 different collections of luxury and active wear sport sunglasses.
