During a routine inspection Thursday afternoon, the Health Department temporarily closed North Bowl Chinese Restaurant, 2906 N.E. Vivion Road, due to a roach infestation.

Live and dead roaches were found throughout the establishment during the inspection.

The establishment may not prepare, serve or sell food until they have corrected the problem, contacted the Health Department and demonstrated in a re-inspection that they have effective pest control measures in place.

Restaurant officials couldn’t be reached for comment.
