The Kansas City Health Department temporarily closed the Subway sandwich shop at 4115 Blue Ridge Cutoff on Tuesday afternoon after a routine inspection. A floor drain backed up during a three-compartment sink test.

The establishment may not prepare, serve or sell food until they have corrected the violation and received a re-inspection by the Health Department to verify that the imminent health hazard no longer exists.
