Job fair to include resume help

A 9 a.m. resume-writing workshop will be held before a job fair begins on Nov. 12 at the Brush Creek Community Center, 3801 Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd. The the workshop and job fair, set for 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., are free and open to the public.

Event sponsors are the city of Kansas City and Baker University. Employers in attendance are primarily focused on marketing maintenance, food industry and educational fields. More than 10 schools also will attend to give information about education programs and degrees.
