Same central figure. Same message. Will the results differ?

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius heads back to Capitol Hill this morning, this time to face a Senate panel led by one of the co-authors of Obamacare.

Sebelius, the former Kansas governor, will testify before the Senate Finance Committee. Its chairman is Montana Sen. Max Baucus who helped write the health-care law.

The secretary will again tell the committee that problems with the Obamacare website will be fixed by month’s end.

That Democrats hold a majority on the panel might ease the torrent of criticism, but probably not by much.
