In the community’s second phase, Chapel Hill Estates, prospective homeowners can select from 93 spacious new home sites including 62 green space-adjacent locations, 36 full walkout home sites, 16 walkup/out or daylight locations and 41 opportunities for full basement egress/garden basements. Prospective buyers are invited to visit the community this weekend for a golf cart tour of these new home sites.
These new home sites are priced from only $68,500 to $107,900. Phase II Estates reservations require a $1,000 deposit to reserve a home site, which are available now for building permits. The sales team encourages prospective buyers to make a lot selection now, as interest is strong and home sites are reserving quickly.
Chapel Hill buyers can select from the area’s leading and most reputable building companies: Don Julian Builders, Rodrock Homes, ParkView Homes, Lambie Custom Homes and KC Building & Design, all of which offer model homes and/or spec inventory. Chapel Hill welcomes Sallee Homes and Ashlar Homes this fall with new plans to the market. Chapel Hill will also welcome custom builders and design plans to the community as it strives to become a “neighborhood,” not just another suburban subdivision.
