“Modern Family” star Eric Stonestreet was flying home to Los Angeles over Kansas on Monday when he decided to give his alma mater, K-State, a shout-out from the plane.

The KCK native, who plays Cameron on the ABC comedy series, posted a Vine video captioned: “On my way back home to LA I DEMANDED we fly over Manhattan Ks.”

Uh, sure you did, Eric.

But he does chant “K-S-U Wildcats!” as they fly over the Little Apple.
