Chiefs left tackle Branden Albert left Sunday’s win over Oakland because of a knee sprain and an elbow strain, but coach Andy Reid said Albert should be available for this week’s game against Houston.

“I think he’ll be OK,” Reid said on Monday. “It doesn’t seem too severe.”
Reid said cornerback Brandon Flowers, who missed his second game in three weeks, is still bothered with knee inflammation. Nose tackle Dontari Poe has a sprained ankle that he has been dealing with for the past few weeks, Reid said.
“He tweaked it again, but he’s a pretty tough character,” Reid said.
Reid said tight end Anthony Fasano, who has been out since the third game of the season because of an ankle/knee injury, has made progress and could practice on Wednesday when the Chiefs begin preparations for Houston.
