Rausch Coleman Homes
Rausch Coleman Homes, which builds throughout the Kansas City area, has move-in ready inventory homes available in Lenexa, Olathe, Grandview, Gardner and the Northland. Each community where Rausch Coleman builds offers special features.
Rausch Coleman also has two closeout communities that have special pricing on inventory.
Homes in the Reserve of Lenexa are an incredible value with low-maintenance exteriors, fabulous lots, cul-de-sac streets and treed views, said Justin Driggs, community manager. One remaining property in the popular community is priced at $248,990.
Sunrise Farms in Grandview has only a few lots remaining and completed homes are selling fast. Prices range from the $130,000s to $170,000s. Buyers may select from ranches with everything on one level, two-story homes or split-level plans. Sunrise Farms is the most affordable new-home community in the metro area, said Kevin Lau, community manager. It has excellent access to U.S. 71 and Missouri 150 highways and is near the Grandview community center.
Plum Creek in Gardner is just off Interstate 35 at the Gardner Road exit. This community boasts two special product lines and homes are bound to fit your needs, said Paula Morgan, community manager. Choose either a finished inventory home or have a home built that allows you to make all the selections you desire in your new home. Home prices start in the $160,000s.
Homes in two Northland communities, Barry Brooke and Line Creek, are selling just as fast as they can be built. Rausch Coleman’s limited lifetime warranty is proving to be a huge selling feature for the Northland buyer, according to Laura Lankford and Meg McCarthy, community managers. Barry Brooke offers cul-de-sac home sites with trees. Features include walkout lots, hardwood floors, designer exteriors and the ability to make décor selections when purchased at the right time.
Whitetail, Olathe’s newest Rausch Coleman community, has inventory homes well into construction that will be available for fall move-in. This community features oversized home sites and all of them can accommodate a third-car garage. New plans will be starting soon.
“This is the perfect place to live for that peaceful setting but close enough to local conveniences and shopping,” Sarah Holland said. “Rausch Coleman anticipates strong sales for fall and spring.”
Rausch Coleman Homes, a family owned and operated business, has been building homes for more than 58 years with the mission of “improving lives, one home at a time.” This commitment has enabled the company to be ranked by Builders Magazine as No. 32 of the nation’s “Top 100 Builders”and to expand in the marketplace.
