— As it turns out, Missouri’s Southeastern Conference opener against Vanderbilt on Saturday is going to be on CBS after all — well, kind of.

Comcast Sports South, which isn’t available in Missouri, will broadcast the Tigers for a second straight week, but Saturday’s game also will air on KCTV (Ch. 5) in the Kansas City area.

KSMO aired Missouri’s 41-19 win against Arkansas State last weekend, a game that also was on Comcast Sports South, but that station had a conflict as Sporting Kansas City’s broadcast partner.

Instead, KCTV, which is Kansas City’s CBS affiliate, will televise the Tigers’ 6:30 p.m. kickoff against the Commodores from Nashville, Tenn.

Fans can also watch the game through ESPN GamePlan or online at or with the Watch ESPN mobile app.

Other TV affiliates for the game include Cape Girardeau (Charter Cable/Comcast Cable). Columbia (KQFX), Springfield (KOZL), St. Joseph (KNPN) and St. Louis (Charter Cable).
