Citing Shepherd's ability to score on any play, Wildcats running back Dalvin Warmack told me last fall he thought Shepherd was the most underrated player on the team. Shepherd often, however, gets lost in the shuffle of an offense that includes a Thomas A. Simone Award winner.
Shepherd caught eight passes for 229 yards and four touchdowns Friday night, and his first score — a 98-yard touchdown in which he provided the final 93 yards after the catch — is getting some hype.
Hudl has ranked the play as the No. 1 play in the nation from Friday night.
