Updated: 2013-08-29T22:56:53Z

Keen Umbehr, an attorney, says he’ll seek the Libertarian nomination for Kansas governor.

If nominated, he’ll oppose Gov. Sam Brownback and presumably a Democrat next November.

More from Umbehr here.

UPDATE: This afternoon, Tresa McAlhaney of Bonner Springs issued a press release about her own Libertarian candidacy for Kansas governor.

Her name doesn’t show up yet on the Secretary of State’s candidate list, nor does Umbehr’s.

More on Tresa here.
