Updated: 2013-08-16T19:21:47Z

A robber stole a man’s wallet after a minor car wreck Friday afternoon in south Kansas City.

The “bump and rob” crime occurred about 1:45 p.m. The victim told police another car hit his car, so he pulled over in a church parking lot at Bannister and Wornall roads to exchange information. That’s when the other driver pulled a gun and stole his wallet. The robber fled in a teal green Ford Mustang.

No further details were available.
