It should come as no surprise that someone filed a lawsuit against Campbell Soup Co. and the American Heart Association over the certified claim that the companys products are healthy.

The association certifies more than 30 of Campbells Healthy Request soups as heart healthy even though a can has about six times as much sodium as the association recommends, the complaint by Kerry OShea in federal court in Camden, N.J., says.
The American Heart Association says its goal is to fight cardiovascular diseases and stroke. Reducing peoples sodium, or salt, intake is one way of contending with the health problem, The Associated Press reports.
