The Camden sisters of “7th Heaven” girls grew up so fast, didn’t they?

Last year, Jessica Biel – oldest daughter Mary – wed some guy named Timberlake. We think he sings or something.

Earlier this year, Beverly Mitchell, who played Lucy, had a baby.

And now this.

Mackenzie Rosman, who played youngest daughter Ruthie, has stripped down to her undies in a sexy photo shoot in the September issue of Maxim. Click here to see the slide show.

“I caved... Just wrapped a #Maxim photoshoot," she tweeted after the shoot.

The 23-year-old actress knows that some fans of the show might be surprised to see her like this. “But you know what? It’s who I am,” she tells Maxim.

At least she waited until the show no longer existed. Biel posed topless on the cover of Gear magazine in 2000. She was 17 at the time.

Stephen Collins, who played her pastor father, called those photos “child pornography.”

“I remember that. It was a big deal,” Rosman told Maxim. “The magazine was banned on set, I think by orders of Aaron Spelling. I sneaked a peek at it, though. It was racy gossip amongst the women of ‘7th Heaven.’”

The next time you see Rosman she’ll be wearing more clothes. She appears in the Syfy movie “Ghost Shark,” debuting Aug. 22.
