Northbound I-29 near St. Joseph reopens following multi-vehicle crash

Northbound Interstate 29 south of St. Joseph has reopened after being closed for several hours following a wreck involving two tractor-trailers and two vehicles.

The crash occurred 3 a.m. Friday at the 38 mile marker near Faucett, Mo.

One of the tractor-trailers overturned in the crash.

The northbound lanes of the highway remained closed for several hours as workers remove the wrecked vehicles and debris. The lanes reopened shortly before 8 a.m. Friday.

Further details were not immediately available.
