Sentencing dates set in Lebanon, Mo., sex bondage case

Updated: 2013-07-10T22:09:22Z

A Kansas City federal judge set sentencing hearings Wednesday for six people convicted in a bondage and sadomasochism ring based out of a Lebanon, Mo., trailer home.

Edward Bagley Sr., Bradley Cook and Dennis Henry will be sentenced Sept. 11, and James Noel, Marilyn Bagley and Michael Stokes will be sentenced Sept. 12, according to orders from U.S. District Judge Dean Whipple.

Prosecutors charged the six in 2010 with abusing a young woman against her will. Edward Bagley pleaded guilty in January to using the Internet to entice a minor for illegal sex. The others previously had pleaded guilty, admitting to contributing to a scheme to enslave the victim.
