Thieves hitting OP office buildings

Updated: 2013-07-10T17:34:52Z

Overland Park police said Wednesday that there has been a rash of thefts from area office buildings recently.

And police are asking the public’s help to identify a man depicted in a surveillance camera photograph released Wednesday.

The thieves have gone after mostly unattended purses and wallets, and officers are reminding workers to be wary of unknown persons inside their buildings.

Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477 or the Overland Park Police Department at 913-344-8730.
