Three-day Johnny Dare birthday bash to feature Jackyl, Shinedown, Theory of a Deadman, Papa Roach

Radio host Johnny Dare is taking over Berkley Riverfront Park in August to throw a three-day party for his radio show, which airs each weekday morning on KQRC (98.9 FM).

The Johnny Dare Morning Show 20th Anniversary Bash will be Aug. 22-24. The lineup will feature Jackyl, Shinedown, Theory of a Deadman and Papa Roach. Also performing: Rev Theory, Ugly Kid Joe, In This Moment, Aranda, Pop Evil and Nigel Dupree. Click here for more details.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. A three-day pass is $40. One-day tickets for Friday and Saturday are $25. Admission on Thursday is free until 9 p.m. After that it will be $5 at the gate. For members of the station’s Rockaholics club, tickets will go on sale from 10 a.m Wednesday through midnight Thursday.
