Rep. Sam Graves of Missouri’s 6th district has put out a press release saying he recently returned $200,000 from his office account to to the Treasury Department.

That sent us scrambling to the quarterly House Statement of Disbursements to see how much money our local delegation spent on their offices in the first three months of 2013.

Rep. Vicky Hartzler, MO-4, comes out on top — she rang up $297,216 in office expenses, the statement says.

Rep. Emanuel Cleaver, MO-5, spent $273,007. Graves spent $240,251.

Rep. Kevin Yoder, KS-3, comes in last, spending $223,589 on his office staff, supplies, rent, and other expenses.
