Last year the city of Lenexa launched an iTunes app to make it easy for residents to report problems. Now, Android users can get in on the action.
Lenexa 311 allows residents to report problems such as damaged road signs, potholes, improper signals and codes requests. The app allows residents to upload a photo of the problem, set the location and include details of the problem. Once the resident tells the app the type of request and submits the information, the correct Lenexa staff person is notified.
Residents also can see if someone else has reported the same problem.
To download the app, search “Lenexa 311” on Google Play. Or www.itunes.com/apps/Lenexa311.
Residents can still call the city at 913-477-7500 to report problems or use the city’s website, www.lenexa.com.
