Burlington Coat Factory to open new Overland Park store

Burlington Coat Factory, a national off-price chain, will open a new Overland Park store this fall.

The 50,000-square-foot store, in the former JCPenney Home Store space in Overland Crossing at 12040 Metcalf Ave., will offer brand name merchandise for the family and home with savings of up to 65 percent off department store prices. including dresses, suits, sportswear, footwear, children’s clothing, furniture, home decor and gifts. It will have about 75 employees.

Burlington has more than 500 stores in 44 states and Puerto Rico.
