The owners of The Roxy bar are opening another Overland Park venue.

Overtime Sports Bar & Grill plans a June 7 opening at 11300 W. 135th St. The former Paddy O’Shays space has been gutted and remodeled.

Overtime will have 42 beers on tap, including 10 Boulevard Brewing Co. beers and at least four from Free State Brewing Co., as well as more than 100 different bottled beers.

“We like things in excess,” said Irina Stolyar, general manager of Overtime and daughter of the owners, Mike and Tanya Stolyar.

The broad menu will include house-made dips - from Buffalo chicken to loaded baked potato - served with tortilla chips, along with soups, burgers, salads and desserts. Entrees will include orange-wasabi glazed chicken thighs with Grand Marnier sauce and beer battered pork tenderloin.

Some menu items will change seasonally with the first round including a coconut shrimp entree with Malibu dipping sauce and a grilled eggplant sandwich.

It also will have a children’s menu.
