A Cantor Fitzgerald analyst boosted her price target for the drugmaker on hopes it will reach a deal to combine with Actavis Inc.

Perion Network Ltd., up $1.34 at $13.94

The company, which offers instant messaging and other online services, said first-quarter net income grew by more than sevenfold.
