The Big Biscuit's fifth restaurant is nearly ready to open in the Northland.

The breakfast/lunch operation has taken over and remodeled the former Chubby’s at 6332 N.W. Barry Road, and plans to open the week of May 13th.

The Big Biscuit is known for its home-style menu items including pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and hot beef sandwiches.

The owners also have locations in Blue Springs, Independence, Prairie Village and Shawnee. They also are in final negotiations for an Overland Park location.
