Updated: 2013-05-02T22:26:19Z

A Jackson County jury convicted a Kansas City man this week of first-degree murder in the shooting death of his wife.

Two witnesses, including a juvenile, told authorities that they had seen Robert L. Washington, 42, shoot Robyn Hamilton, 42, during an Oct. 2010 argument in front of her house.

The jury also on Wednesday convicted Washington of armed criminal action.
