But customers don’t have to wait until then for a taste. The company has now rolled out the new Taco Republic Truck, a fully-functioning catering and mobile restaurant. It will set up for street vending, weekly lunch stops, and private and public events.
Taco Republic Truck is serving some of the same items that will be in Taco Republic’s menu - a variety of “street” tacos with fresh salsas and guacamole and other sides.
Taco Republic - the restaurant - is scheduled to open at 500 County Line Rd, across from the original Oklahoma Joe’s Barbecue, in May.
Bread & Butter Concepts also owns BRGR Kitchen + Bar and Urban Table in Prairie Village and Gram & Dun on the Country Club Plaza. It also plans to open a BRGR in the Power & Light District in early July.
