Services will be held this week for Luke Alexander Bresette, 10, who died last month when a flight information display toppled onto him and several family members.

The Overland Park family was returning home from a spring break trip to Destin, Fla., on March 22 when the accident occurred at the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport.

Visitation has been set for noon to 5 p.m. Friday at Saint Thomas More church at 11822 Holmes Road.

Luke’s family will receive friends at a second visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. at the church.

A funeral mass will be held at 10:05 a.m. Saturday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Luke Bresette Fund at Saint Thomas More Parish, Attn: Tim Waris, 11822 Holmes Road, Kansas City MO, 64131.
