Big 12 Conference

Big 12 suffers first loss

Updated: 2013-03-21T23:17:34Z

In a game some thought was unfairly seeded, No. 12 Oregon, led by former K-State coach Dana Altman, took out No. 5 seed Oklahoma State 68-55.

The Ducks, now 27-8, were seed as underseeded and proved it against the Cowboys, who finished a game out of a three-way tie for first in the Big 12.

Still to go for the Big 12: Kansas State, Kansas, Iowa State and Oklahoma, all playing on Friday.
