Kansas City teen sentenced for robbing Raytown bank

A Kansas City teenager was sentenced today to six and a half years in federal prison for robbing a Raytown bank last year.

Carlos D. Davis, 19, pleaded guilty in October to the June robbery of the US Bank at 9063 E. Gregory Blvd. A co-defendant, Deonte L. Robertson, 22, of Kansas City, has also pleaded guilty and awaits sentencing.

At Thursday’s sentencing in U.S. District Court in Kansas City, Davis also was ordered to pay $1,231 in restitution.
