Juicy's Burgers and Spirits is set to open at 6 p.m. tonight in Zona Rosa, 8680 N.W. Prairie View Road.

Owner Michael Howell describes the new operation as a “high-quality burger restaurant and lounge.”

Vegetables will be locally grown, breads and burger buns will be baked fresh daily, and sauces and condiments, including ketchup and mustard, will be made from scratch. It also will have signature shakes.

A happy hour menu will be available in the lounge, which will offer live entertainment several nights a week.
