Blue Springs man admits making, possessing child porn

A Blue Springs man pleaded guilty in federal court Monday to producing, possessing and attempting to distribute child pornography.

Christopher R. Lockhart, 30, admitted that he used a minor to produce child porn and attempted to distribute an illegal image in April 2012. A month later, he possessed child pornography, Lockhart admitted.

Lockhart came under suspicion when a Clay County deputy investigating file-sharing networks identified Lockhart’s computer as containing illegal material.
