Big 12 champs KU, K-State take a tumble in the polls

The Jayhawks dropped three spots to No. 7, and the Wildcats fell two spots to No. 11. That happened because both teams lost on Saturday, the day they clinched the titles, Kansas fell at Baylor and K-State at Oklahoma State. The Cowboys are ranked No. 14.
Florida, which finished first in the Southeastern Conference, fell from 11th to 13th after losing at Kentucky on Saturday.
Missouri didn't receive a vote in this week's AP poll.
In the USA Today coaches poll, Kansas is No. 6, Kansas State 12th and Oklahoma State 15th. Florida is 11th and Missouri received votes.
The final AP poll will be released next week, after the conference tournaments are concluded. The final coaches poll is announced after the national championship game.
