The Missouri wrestling team had four individual champions and easily won the Mid-American Conference title Sunday in Buffalo, N.Y.

Missouri, which joined the MAC this season for the tournament as an affiliate member in wrestling, had individual champions in Alan Waters (125 pounds), Nathan McCormick (133 pounds), Drake Houdashelt (149 pounds) and Dom Bradley (285 pounds).

The Tigers finished with 136 team points, followed by Central Michigan with 88 team points.

“Everybody was a part of it,” Missouri wrestling coach Brian Smith said afterward on the MAC Digital Network. “The coaching staff, the trainers, everybody who takes part in this, and of course, the team.”
