What’s it about? A scarred woman blackmails and seduces a hit man to get revenge on a mob boss.

Who’s in it? Noomi Rapace, Colin Farrell, Terrence Howard.

Why didn’t Film District screen it for critics? The studio did not comment.

Why we’d see it: The trailer uses a fantastic cover of Pink Floyd’s “Shine on You Crazy Diamond” by Kendra Morris, so at least the film’s marketeers are hep. Plus we loved “Girl With the Dragon Tattoo,” also directed by Niels Arden Oplev.

Why we wouldn’t: Noomi Rapace hasn’t exactly thrilled us since “Dragon Tattoo.”
