Last night the United States took care of business, beating Canada 4-2 in the 2013 CONCACAF U-20 Championship in Puebla, Mexico. The win means the U.S. booked their spot in the 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup.

The United States will face Cuba on Friday (5 p.m.) in the semifinals.

After falling behind 1-0, the United States grabbed three goals in 17 minutes -- by Real Salt Lake's Luis Gil, Los Angeles' Jose Villarreal and Columbus' Will Trapp -- in the first half. Villarreal scored his second after half.

Sporting Kansas City's Mikey Lopez was unavailable for the Canada match due to a yellow-card suspension. He'll be available for the game on Friday.

The U-20 World Cup will take place from June 21-July 13 in Turkey.
