IN THE NEWS: Scientists hold a contest to name two newly discovered moons of the dwarf planet Pluto.

Pluto

This cosmic runt was called a planet

Till learned minds did opt to can it.

But Pluto’s in the news again:

Its moons need names on which to pin.

The names from which we’re asked to choose

Have classic touch…but they’re a snooze:

Like Hercules, or maybe Styx.
