Fatal crash victim was KCK man

A man who was found dead Saturday in a crash near 133rd Street and Leavenworth Road was identified today as Richard A. Buckner.

Buckner, a 53-year-old Kansas City, Kan., man, was found dead in his vehicle about 1 p.m. Saturday. Police believe the vehicle veered off the road and crashed into a creek sometime the previous night.
