Carli Good, a development professional with a social work background, is the new executive director of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Greater Kansas City Affiliate.

Good previously was the affiliate’s director of development and marketing. She has been serving as interim executive director since September.

Before joining Komen, she led fundraising efforts at the Boys & Girls Clubs, American Heart Association and March of Dimes.

The affiliate’s board also elected Laurie Roberts, managing director of Parris Communications, as board president, and Debbie Schulte of Kessinger Hunter as vice president. Physician Shalina Gupta-Burt has been elected to the board of directors.
