KC shooting victim identified

Kansas City police have identified a 34-year-old man who was found shot to death Sunday as Shannon D. Milligan.

Officers were called to 42nd and Olive streets about 5:30 p.m. and found Milligan shot and lying in the street. He was taken to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Police said they had no suspect information and no other details were immediately available.
