WICHITA — An 11-0 run helped Kansas State take control and beat Wichita State 48-43 on Tuesday night in a women’s college basketball game at Koch Arena.

Brittany Chambers had 18 points and led the Wildcats, who are 6-0 for the third time under coach Deb Patterson.
Jessica Diamond had 13 points for the Shockers, 3-5.
K-State outrebounded Wichita State 36-30 and forced 21 turnovers.
The Shockers shot 40 percent from the field to K-State’s 35.2 percent.
