• The Missouri Mavericks were shut out in a 3-0 loss to the Wichita Thunder on Friday night. The last time Missouri failed to score was also in Wichita in a 5-0 loss on Dec. 27, 2011.

• Missouri has failed to score the first goal in each game this season.

• The Mavericks’ home opener is at 7:05 tonight against Wichita, before returning to Wichita for a 5:05 p.m. game Sunday.
