Dixon, who is suspended indefinitely for a violation of team rules, sat on the bench during MU’s 91-58 exhibition win over Northwest Missouri State on Monday. He resumed practicing with the team this week after missing what Haith described as a “couple weeks” because of the suspension.
Haith said freshman guard Dominique Bull, who is also suspended for a violation of team rules, will suit up Sunday, though he may not play.
• Missouri announced that tipoff for its Nov. 10 season opener against Southern Illinois-Edwardsville has been moved back an hour to 4 p.m.
Haith said the decision was made so MU fans can watch the Tigers’ basketball and football games that day — the football team kicks off at Tennessee at 11:21 a.m. — in its entirety.
“We wanted to give our fans a chance to see both games,” he said. “It works out great for us.”
