Chiefs defensive end Glenn Dorsey was a game-day scratch for today’s game against the Chargers because of a calf injury. Ropati Pitoitua started in his place.

It was just the second game Dorsey has missed in the past two years and third in his four-year career.

Running back Peyton Hills (ankle) also was inactive along with tight end Kevin Boss (concussion), safety Kendrick Lewis (shoulder), quarterback Ricky Stanzi, wide receiver Devon Wylie (hamstring) and center Bryan Mattison.
