A tip Id heard for losing weight:
At dinner, use a smaller plate.
Though skeptical I was at first,
Im here to say indeed it works.
Uncertain as to hows and whys;
But mostly its through exercise
Im getting now as to and fro
I dash into the kitchen so
To fill my plate (a happy chore)
With seconds, thirds, or maybe more.
And calories? Why, look what lurks
At last! A diet trick that works!
