— Not a lot of practice news, but Missouri did hold a shorter session today as it prepares for its second scrimmage of the fall Thursday.

*Defensive tackle Lucas Vincent was wearing a red non-contact jersey after suffering an ankle injury. Team spokesman Chad Moller said it is not believed to be serious.

*Missouri was scheduled to practice this afternoon, but coach Gary Pinkel cancelled it in favor of a team-bonding trip. Moller told me the Tigers were going to the movies, with the option to see the new Will Ferrell movie "The Campaign" or the new action flick "The Bourne Legacy."
