UMKC's men's basketball team got bigger with Wednesday's announcement of 6-9 signee Calib Johnson.

Johnson averaged 4.9 points and 3.2 rebounds as a Yuba College, Calif., sophomore. The team went 59-10 in two seasons.

Johnson, who will have two years of eligibility for the Kangaroos, is the fifth player signed by Coach Matt Brown for next season.
