• Bloch Fountain turned on to commemorate Titanics departure from Southampton, noon, in front of Union Station.
Friday
• Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition, extended hours to 9 p.m., Irish-themed reception 6-8 p.m., Union Station; regular admission.
• Howard Iceberg and the Titanics perform at the Rooftop Terrace at the Kansas City Central Library, 14 W. 10th St., reception 6 p.m., program 6:30 p.m.; free but RSVP at kclibrary.org/titanic-weekend
